Common Questions

1.  Once I place my order, how long will it take for me to receive my shoes?

Once your order is placed, you should plan for six to eight weeks until your shoes arrive.

2.  What is the price range for ordering a custom-designed shoe?

Our shoes range from $135 to $300 depending on the style, materials and adornments that you choose. Shipping fees and taxes may also apply.

3.  Do you offer sizes larger than women's U.S. 10, or smaller than U.S. women's size 5?

Not currently, but we are working on it!  To receive updates on our new developments, please sign up for our newsletter.

4.  How do I know what shoe size I need?

Please visit our sizing chart for shoe measurements and tips on ordering the right size.

5.  What if I receive my shoes and I want to return them?

We do accept returns.  Please visit our return policy page for details on making a return.

6.  Are there any additional markups to the base price of your custom-designed shoes?

Yes, some materials are subject to a small markup.  All of our animal prints are subject to a $15 markup; fur materials are an additional $35; and suedes are an additional $10.  Please note that this is a one-time markup, so, for example, if you choose suede for two areas of the shoe, you will only be charged $10 one time.  However, if you select suede and fur, a markup of $45 will be applied.

7.  What if I want to add an adornment, such as a broach, to my shoes for a special occasion?

We can work with you one on one on these types of variations.  Please contact us at (800) 951-0626 or info@ateliershoes.com for more information.
